The therapists are great and well-experienced. My son has seen Imee and Nabil, and both have supported him with communication. I've noticed significant improvement in his speech over the nearly five months we've been attending. The care and support provided have been excellent, and I'd highly recommend their services.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my child need an NDIS plan to access paediatric physiotherapy?

Our paediatric physiotherapy is designed to work with your child's NDIS plan, and as a registered NDIS provider we support agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed funding. If your child doesn't have a plan yet, or you're not sure what your plan covers, contact us and our team will help you understand your options.

Which NDIS funding types do you accept?

All three. Reverence Community Care is a registered NDIS provider, which means we can work with agency-managed plans as well as plan-managed and self-managed funding. Sessions are personalised and goal-focused, aligned with the goals in your child's plan.

Do you offer physiotherapy in Bacchus Marsh, Williams Landing and surrounding areas?

Yes. We have two clinics — 238A Main St, Bacchus Marsh and 313/111 Overton Road, Williams Landing — and we support families across 30+ surrounding suburbs. If getting into a clinic is difficult, we also offer in-home visits and secure telehealth sessions, so distance never has to be the barrier.

Can physiotherapy be combined with occupational therapy or speech therapy?

Yes, and it often works best that way. Our team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech supports and allied health assistants under one roof, so your child's therapies can be coordinated as one plan rather than juggled across different providers.

What conditions does your physiotherapy team support?

Our paediatric physiotherapists support children living with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, muscular dystrophy and a range of other physical, neurological and developmental challenges. Every child's journey is different, so every program is built around your child's individual needs and goals.

What happens at the first appointment?

It starts with a warm, family-friendly consultation to understand your child's needs and your family's goals. From there, our physiotherapists complete a developmental assessment and build a personalised treatment plan — with sessions designed to be fun, engaging and matched to your child's developmental stage and interests.

Do we need a doctor's referral to get started?

No referral is required to contact us — you can book directly through the form on this page or by calling (03) 7037 0981. Support coordinators, educators and other health professionals can also refer a child through the referral form on our website.
